What’s included.
Who this is for
Public notice has rules ordinary marketing doesn’t.
Public agencies, districts and utilities that have to reach everybody, not just the easy audience.
The information has to be understood by people who don’t share your vocabulary — or your language.
Accessibility isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s an obligation you can be held to.
In detail
How we do it.
Designed for the whole population
Public communication fails at the margins — the residents who don’t read English comfortably, who use a screen reader, who don’t have broadband, who won’t see a social post. We design for those readers deliberately: plain language, high contrast, generous type sizes, accessible documents, and print for the people the internet doesn’t reach.
Plain language as a discipline
Rewriting a notice into plain language isn’t dumbing it down — it’s removing the ambiguity that generates phone calls to your office. We’ll keep the legally required wording intact and make everything around it comprehensible.
Bilingual and translated materials
Spanish-language versions and other translations as your community requires, laid out properly rather than pasted in — translated text runs longer than English and the design has to allow for it.
Deadline-driven production
Because the mailing, the printing and the fulfilment happen in our building, we can commit to a drop date and hold it. When a notice period is set by statute, that matters more than anything else on this page.
The whole campaign, not just the mailer
Public information campaigns usually need a mailer, a web page, a social sequence, a press release, meeting collateral and signage — all saying the same thing. We produce the set, so the message doesn’t drift between channels.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Can you hit a statutory mail date?
Yes — that’s the main reason agencies come to us. Addressing, sorting and postage are handled in our building, so the drop date is something we control rather than something we hope a vendor honours.
Do you handle the mailing list?
We can work from your list, a purchased list, or a geographic selection such as every address within a boundary. We’ll advise which is appropriate for the notice.
Are you a registered supplier?
Yes. Muze Marketing is registered in OregonBuys, Oregon’s eProcurement system, with 97 active commodity codes. We are also COBID certified by Business Oregon as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and an Emerging Small Business (ESB), Certification No. 16428, and listed in the state Directory of Certified Firms.
Can you quote against a formal solicitation?
Yes. Send us the ITB, RFP or RFQ and we’ll respond in the format it requires. Named references and project histories are available on request.
