Your logo exists in one format, on one person’s laptop, and nobody can find the original file.
Services
Creative & Design.
Brand identity, graphic design, layout, illustration and digital design.
Design that survives contact with production. Every file we design, we can also make — so nothing gets approved that can’t be printed, embroidered or installed.
What’s included.
Who this is for
Design that can’t be produced isn’t design.
Businesses whose materials look like they came from six different companies — because they did.
Every vendor rebuilds your artwork slightly differently, so nothing quite matches.
A design gets approved on screen and then falls apart when it’s printed, embroidered or stretched across a truck.
In detail
How we do it.
Identity that holds up everywhere
A logo has to work at two inches on a business card and twenty feet on a building, in full color and in one color, embroidered in thread and cut from vinyl. We design for all of those cases at once, and we hand over every file format you’ll ever be asked for — not just the one that looked good in the presentation.
The production reality check
This is the part most design shops can’t do. Because our production floor is in the same building, we know before you approve it whether that gradient will screen print, whether that typeface will hold at stitch size, and whether that color will match across paper, fabric and vinyl. Nothing gets approved that can’t be made.
Layout and long documents
Brochures, booklets, annual reports, capability statements, rack cards, catalogs, menus and forms. Properly typeset, properly imposed, with bleed and trim set up the way the press actually needs it.
Files you own
You get the native files, the fonts license information, the color breakdowns and a brand guide that tells the next person how to use them. We’ve inherited too many clients who were held hostage by a previous designer to do that to anybody.
Process
What working with us looks like.
Brief
We agree what the piece has to do, where it will live and how it will be produced.
Concept
Directions to react to — not one option presented as a fait accompli.
Refine
We develop the chosen direction and prove it in the formats it has to survive.
Release
Print-ready files, production files and native files, organized and handed over.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes, and most of our work is exactly that — extending a brand that already exists rather than replacing it. If the original files are missing we can usually rebuild them from a good printed sample.
Do we own the artwork?
Yes. Final approved artwork and the native files are yours. We’ll also keep a copy on file so re-orders don’t start from scratch.
Can you match a color exactly?
Within the limits of the process, yes — and we’ll tell you honestly where an exact match isn’t possible. Screen ink, embroidery thread, vinyl and paper don’t all reach the same colors, and it’s better to know that before production than after.
What if we only need one piece?
That’s fine. Not everything needs to be a rebrand. Send us the job and we’ll quote it.
