Common questions.
What is your minimum order?
Twelve pieces for both screen printing and embroidery. Below that we can use heat transfer or direct-to-garment for small runs and one-offs.
Can you match our existing uniform garments?
Yes. Send us a sample or the style number and we will source the same garment or the closest current equivalent, then match thread and ink colors to your brand.
Do you handle department-level ordering?
Yes. We hold your artwork and blanks, then let individual departments or sites reorder against a single agreement so you are not re-quoting every time.
What if our logo is not print ready?
We vectorise logos and digitise embroidery files in-house. You own the resulting files and can take them anywhere.
