Common questions.
Do you print in-house or broker the work?
Everyday business print, forms and short-run work is produced in-house in Roseburg. Specialty substrates and very large runs go through our trade print network, managed by us end to end so you deal with one supplier.
Can you handle the mailing as well as the printing?
Yes. Addressing, presort, postage management and EDDM are all handled here, so the piece goes from file to mailbox without a second vendor.
What specialty finishes can you do on cards and postcards?
Metallic foil, raised spot UV and combinations of the two on 16pt soft-touch suede laminate stock. It is a scuff-resistant sheet, so the piece keeps its finish in a wallet or a mailbox. Typical uses are luxury retail, real estate, banking and any brand where the card itself is doing the selling.
How should artwork be set up for foil or raised spot UV?
Each embellishment needs its own vector mask file alongside the print file, drawn in 100% black where the finish should land and white everywhere else. Keep the two finishes in separate areas rather than overlapping, keep coverage light, and avoid type below 10pt. Send us the working file and we will build the masks for you and proof the result before anything runs.
Do you keep our stationery on file?
Yes. We hold approved artwork and reorder to the same specification, which keeps multi-site organizations consistent.
