This policy explains how Muze Marketing LLC (doing business as Muze Marketing and WorkMates Business Printing) (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit muzemarketing.com, request a quote, place an order, or contact us by phone, email or text message.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, project details, and any artwork, logos or files you send us.
- Order and payment information: what you ordered, and billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages: emails, text messages, chat messages and form submissions you send us, and our replies.
- Website usage information: pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, browser and device type, collected through cookies and similar tools (see below).
How we use information
- To respond to questions, prepare quotes and proofs, and produce, deliver and bill your orders
- To send service messages about your quote, proof, order, pickup or delivery
- To send marketing emails or texts, only where permitted and with an easy way to opt out
- To improve our website and services, and to measure how our advertising performs
- To protect against fraud and spam, and to meet legal and tax obligations
Text messaging (SMS)
If you text us, or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by checking a consent box on a form), we may text you about your quotes, proofs, orders and account, and, if you opt in to them, occasional offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, website statistics tools, and features provided by our website, store and customer-relationship platforms. These help us understand how visitors use the site and keep forms and checkout working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Your artwork and files
Logos, artwork and files you send us are used to produce your orders and are kept on file so we can reorder for you. We do not use your artwork for any other customer, and we will only show your work in our portfolio with your permission.
Email marketing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You will still receive messages about orders you place.
Keeping and protecting information
We keep information as long as we need it to serve you, keep your order history and artwork on file, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, including the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act where it applies.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
