Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use muzemarketing.com or order products or services from Muze Marketing LLC (doing business as Muze Marketing and WorkMates Business Printing) (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices, quantities and timelines are confirmed when you approve your proof or order. Changes after approval may affect price and timing.
Proofs
For custom work, we send a proof for your approval before production. Please check spelling, layout, colors, sizes and quantities carefully. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for any errors in it.
Artwork and permission to use logos
By sending us artwork, logos or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims that your content infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline any order we believe infringes a trademark or copyright or is unlawful or offensive. Original designs we create for you are yours to use once the work is paid in full; we keep the right to use our standard templates and methods for other customers.
Colors, materials and quantities
Colors on screens, and across different materials and garments, can vary from the final printed or embroidered product. Garment and product availability is set by our suppliers and may change. Production quantities can vary slightly, and we will invoice for the quantity actually delivered.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times are estimates that begin once we have your approved proof, final artwork and any required payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather or other events outside our control. If you have a firm in-hands date, tell us when you order.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit or payment in full before production. Past-due balances may delay future orders.
Cancellations, returns and problems
Because most of our products are made to order, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production begins. If something arrives damaged or does not match your approved proof, contact us as soon as possible after delivery, before the items are used or altered, and we will work with you to reprint, repair or credit the affected items.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages from Muze Marketing, you agree to receive texts about your quotes, proofs, orders and account, and, if you opted in to them, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Website use
Site content, including text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or missed events.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Douglas County, Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
